1. Attempting to keep costs to an absolute minimum, we are aware that many or our Villa / Chalet clients often own their own accommodation, therefore we have not included any accommodation costs in the above pricing. We appreciate that this may not always be possible and in these situations we will make alternative local arrangements.

2. Although it is often necessary for us to arrange car hire, we have not assumed those costs as once again many of our clients are willing and able to chauffeur our crew (maximum of 2) around. We fully appreciate that this may not always be possible so should car hire be required expect a further £70 per day.

3. For 1 - 5 properties, travel to your villa / chalet is not included in the price.

    Travel is included for 6 properties and above.

4. As you can see, with economies of scale, the more properties filmed the more the price comes down per property, however the assumption here is that each property is within a ½ hours drive of each other – i.e. if one property is in Portugal and the other is in Italy and the rest scattered in between, please don’t expect the above prices to be accurate!

5. As your existing and future customers will be watching your villa or chalet videos, you will want your property looking its absolute best and as these properties will be your showcases you will want them to be 100% ready for filming when the cameraman arrives, otherwise valuable filming time can be wasted. However, this does not mean that the property must be empty and free of clients, but rather that one or two of your staff are on hand to help.

6. Although the length of the finished video will largely depend upon what is available to film, you can expect your completed video to be around one to two minutes per property. It is worth highlighting that some people have a perception that the longer a film, then the better value for money they are getting. The general rule of thumb to be aware of here is that you can easily make a film longer by increasing the time particular clips are shown, that does not however mean its the right thing to do, and may in fact simply result in viewers becoming bored! Therefore it’s the quality of the finished film rather than the length that’s much more important.

7. Each video will include music and captions in English, Narration & other languages are available on request.

We would suggest three nights accommodation is usually sufficient, however four may be required. It should be noted that due to the high value of the film crew’s equipment, secure & lockable accommodation is necessary. We appreciate that onsite accommodation may not always be available and in these situations we can make alternative local arrangements.

3. An assumption has been made that your Campsite or Holiday Park is located within 100 miles of a major Western European airport.

4. We strongly recommend that filming takes place during the summer season and whilst the Campsite or Holiday Park is open to the public.

You can expect your film to highlight all the important areas / facilities of your Campsite or Holiday Park– for example, swimming pool area, restaurant, bar, sports facilities, beach (if applicable), children’s areas, nightlife & entertainment etc. We will, of course, discuss your preferences and requirements prior to filming).

6. Each video will include music and captions (written in English). Narration, & caption translations are available on request.
