      Which package is right for you? The following details should help you to decide 

        between a basic slideshow, multimedia slideshow or a complete video package.

     1.  Basic Slideshow just £19.99 

You send us up to 40 digital pictures (by email) of your house. Include pictures of each room as well as any hallways & staircases, exteriors of your property (front & back), gardens etc. Make sure you take some close up shots of any interesting features, for example a feature fireplace, a swimming pool, wood burning stove etc. It is also a good idea to take a couple of shots of the same room but from a different angle. Once you’ve decided which pictures you would like to use, simply send them to us on an email (the higher resolution the jpg the better) Depending on your email software, you may have to limit the amount of pictures you send on one email, if you experience any problems with sending your email, you may need to send 4 emails with 10 pictures on each.

We will then turn your pictures into a slideshow, encode and upload to YouTube. Within a couple of days we’ll send you the link to where your slideshow can be seen.

For an additional £4.99 (plus £2.99 P&P) we can also send you a DVD of your slideshow as a memento.

     2.  Multimedia Slideshow for £49.99

As above but with music, captions and narration added to your slideshow. This package also includes a dedicated webpage where your slideshow is hosted. Before sending us your pictures you should name them appropriately – for example Bedroom # 1 (you can also include the dimensions of the room if you wish i.e. 15 x 12)

Write a few lines on what you would like us to say about your property, you can include other relevant information such as, close to local school, or short walk from town centre, or 5 minutes walk from train station, (if you wish, some of your pictures could even be of the train station or town centre etc.) Please remember that your finished slideshow will only be 1 – 2 minutes in duration, so don’t try and ‘cram-in’ information for narration – just a few lines is all that’s needed.

       3. Video from £175

Let us do all the work, not only will this save you from having to take pictures yourself, but we’ll shoot it in film! Just like some TV programmes you may have seen “Location, Location, Location” or “Escape to the County” etc

By allowing the buyer to view round every door, it really does bring your property alive.

Some properties we have recently filmed had been on the market for well over a year, but sold within weeks of having their film made!

Q&A's:

          Q) How long will my slideshow or video be viewable online?

            A)   All multimedia slideshows and videos will be viewable via a dedicated webpage for 6 months;      

                          however this can be extended if necessary.

 

Q) How long does it take?

 A)  Within just a few working days of receiving your pictures we will turn them into an edited

           slideshow and streamed online. With video, this very much depends on when is

           convenient for you.

 Q) Is broadband required to watch my slideshow or video?

  A)  Yes, however with over 90% of internet users now using broadband you can be assured

            most people will be able to watch it. Our slideshows & Videos only require a 1MB

            connection speed.

Q) Will my video or slideshow play seamlessly and without buffering?

 A)  Most of the time yes, but this very much depends on local connection speeds & sometimes

          the internet can become congested, especially at peak times.
