1. Real Internet Video (RIV) is not responsible for any copyright infringements as a result of pictures     provided by you the customer.

2. In order to make your slideshow or video, you the customer expressly acknowledge that any 

    copyright material owned by you is transferred and assigned to RIV all right, title and interest

    therein.

3. RIV cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of any video or film produced.

4. Customers ordering a video package will be given one opportunity to correct the final film, any

    further editing requests will result in additional charges. this ‘editing’ opportunity does not exist  

    for 'slideshow' packages.

5. The customer understands that once a link is provided to a completed slideshow that any further

    edit requests will incur further charges.

6. RIV will aim to deliver your slideshow within three working days of receipt of your pictures,

    however on the occasion this is not be possible, we will inform you by email of the expected   

    delivery time. 

7. The choice of any music that is added to a video or slideshow is at the discretion of RIV. 

8. Customers accept that due to copyright law, ‘music requests’ are not possible.

9.  A customer accepts that RIV will add its own none copyright music.

10.A customer accepts that RIV will appoint the narrator for voiceover.

11.All payments for slideshows are required in advance of editing. All ‘video’ productions require a 

     50% deposit with the remaining balance due within 7 days of delivery.

12.Streaming & dedicated webpage’s for Multimedia slideshows and Videos will be available for 6 

     months from date of issue or until the property is sold (whichever comes first) Extensions can be 

     added but may incur a charge of up to £20 for each additional 6 months.

13.Normal usage is assumed for streaming, should extremely high traffic be reported, RIV reserve

     the right to charge a supplement or withdraw the video or slideshow.

14.All still pictures received will be edited in their original form for the purposes of the slideshow.

     No ‘Photoshop’ editing should be assumed.

15.You the customer accepts that RIV has no control over internet. Connection speeds, slow, busy

     or downtime periods will all affect sreaming video & slideshows, Due to the nature of the

     internet, RIV cannot guarantee any level of service provided via the internet.
